"memorial" or "Online Memorial" is a collection of the following

2. Tribute message
3. Image(s) uploaded
"user" means any user of the site including memorial creators
The TOS (Terms of Service) and Privacy Policy is a legally binding contract between a user and the website. By using this site in any way users acknowledge that they have read and understood the TOS and Privacy Policy and agreed to abide by its terms.
1. The website does not intent to share any information submitted by users or memorial creators with any other party.
2. When required, the email id given by memorial creators will be used for communicating important information about the memorial.
Intent of the website is to provide a platform for creation of Online Memorials in memory of deceased people.
The Online Memorial creation process constitutes of the following steps
a. Acceptance of TOS and Privacy policy.
b. Uploading of and information about the deceased.
b. Uploading of memorial image and information about the deceased.
1. Users are licensed to access and use the site for personal purposes in accordance with the website's intent.
2. Use of the website for any purposes not in accordance with intent may lead to:
a. Termination of contract between the user and the website, removal of posted content in case of memorial creators.
b. Appropriate legal action.
3. Users are licensed to create memorials and become memorial creators by completing the Online Memorial Creation Process
1. A memorial will be removed immediately if it comes to the website's attention that it has been created:
a. as some kind of prank
b. for someone who is alive
c. with incorrect details.
d. contrary to wishes of family of deceased.
2. All the content displayed on memorials - including images, text and information submitted is owned by the respective memorial creators.
3. The website may take reasonable steps to prevent misuse or unintended use of content submitted by memorial creators, but it does not make any gurantees in this regard.
4. The memorial creator is solely responsible for the content posted by him/her and any liabilities associated with it.
5. The website will at its sole discretion edit or remove a memorial, without prior information, if it is found to be:
a. pornographic, obscene or sexually explicit in nature
b. defamatory to anyone (including the deceased)
c. in violation of privacy or legal rights of any person
d. blasphemous or insulting to any religion
e. discriminatory in any way
f. illegal or taboo in the memorial creator's country
g. in violation of the TOS and privacy policy
h. immoral or malicious in nature
i. unsuitable for the website in any way
The website is not liable to any user in the event of modification or discontinuance of any or all services offered.
1. All content and services on the website are provided on an "AS IS" basis without any kind or warranty.
2. The website gives no assurance regarding accuracy or reliability of any content on the website.
3. By using the website users indemnify the website against any direct or indirect damages caused by their actions or as a result of the content posted by them.
